The staff were amazing! Even housekeeping. The morning I was to check out had to rush to the ER because of my daughter, who is also staying there but for an extended length of time until her apartment was ready. I spoke with the staff. They said I could do a late check out or stay longer. I was still at the hospital in the afternoon in the trauma unit. The housekeeping department called and asked if they wanted to come clean or wait. An hour later, I made it back and checked out. I spoke with another staff and she knew me by name and situation. Thats really great communication stills between shifts. That is very hard to find. They let me moved my belongings to my daughter's room, so I can go back to the hospital to be with my daughter. They are VERY kind and helpful during this situation, as we now are on day 2.

1) Location: US-54, and Webb Rd, will get you anywhere or to anything Wichita has to offer. 2)Staff: All whom I came into contact with were nice, engaging, and knowledgeable. 3) Free: The laundry room has multiple Washers/Dryers, all free!

The facilities were clean, and the staff was extremely nice and professional! We’re staying here when we come back to Wichita for sure!

I clerk did not tell me about breakfast. I was shocked about the extra $200.00 (deposit) that could take 3 days to return.

Being able to fix meals with the available pots,utensils and amenities needed provided by ESA

Front desk clerk was more interesting in doing something in the back office then deal with processing me in. And later wasn't available for me to ask questions.

The size of the room, location of hotel and that room felt like I was in an apartment instead of a hotel.
